Document Retention and Destruction Policy

Certain federal laws prohibit the destruction of certain documents. This policy will help eliminate accidental destruction of documents that should be retained.

Whistleblower Policy

IMA requires board members, committee members and employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities, and all directors, committee members and employees to comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. 

Conflict of Interest Policy

Guidelines and procedures to be followed in situations involving an actual or potential conflict of interest between IMA and those holding positions of authority within the organization, to ensure the Corporation’s interests are adequately protected.
